The Zest Culinary Story
Founded as a subsidiary of the MMI Hospitality Group, Zest Culinary Services has managed the dining programs for the MMI Hotel Group for more than three decades. In that time, we’ve grown our partnerships to include K-12 schools, colleges, universities, corporations, private clubs and senior living communities, serving more than 60 properties in five states.
