We seek local, organic and sustainably-sourced products whenever possible, and work with registered dieticians to ensure healthy, balanced meals.

We believe it’s an honor to nourish our neighbors and their families with delicious, healthy food. We use USDA choice meats, Grade A poultry and USDC Grade A fish, and seek to incorporate fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs and whole grains throughout all meals.
